Duck Dynasty has more integrity than the "Gedolim" of Boro-Park and Williamsburg

What?????? Are you reading the headline correctly? Yes! Unfortunately Yes!!
Harav Phil Robertson Admor MeKatchke

Phil Robertson the Patriarch of the cable show Duck Dynasty that has 11.8 million viewers, said in an interview with GQ magazine that Homosexual conduct is sinful!
I will not quote what he actually said; he was pretty blunt.

The remarks ignited a firestorm!

"Phil's decision to push vile and extreme stereotypes is a stain on A&E (the cable company) and his sponsors,"
said the "faigele activist group GLAAD!

But Phil will not be a roasted duck for long; his supporters are quacking back!
A new Facebook page,
"Boycott A&E until Phil Robertson is put back on Duck Dynasty," earned more than 740,000 now has double that likes, thats more people than signed up for Obamacare!

So what does Duck Dynasty have anything to do with our "gedolim?"
Well, our "gedolim" endorsed candidates in their prospective districts that promote a Gay Lifestyle!!!
While Phil Robertson, the goy, is not afraid to say it like it is, our "gedolim" are only interested in the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ that these anti-family candidates will bring in!

There are Rabbonim here in the USA that said that Hurricane Sandy came about because of the internet!

There are Rabbonim in Israel that say that the latest crippling snowstorm came about because the Government wants to draft the "leidigiers" (the do-nothings) into the army (chas ve'sholom")!

But I humbly declare to my million loyal viewers that Hurricane Sandy and the Israel Snowstorm came about because our "gedoilm" are a bunch of hypocrites!

On one hand they rant and scream against the internet, and against the draft, on the other hand they endorse anti-family candidates and protect people that molest and rape our children!

Can we have real Gedolim, Rabbonim that speak to G-D so that we and our children have someone to emulate?
I believe that the regular "Joe Shmo" that wakes up early in the morning to run and Chap a Daf Yoimy, works all day, listens to Torah Tapes on his way to work, then comes homes and runs to another shiur, ..... are now our Gedolim!
The "Balla  Batim" are now the Gedolim!
Let's ask them what they think about this conundrum!

Enough said, Good Shabbos!
Important note: The above article is not exclusive and not copywrited , you can copy it, you can delete it.. you can quote it at the shabbos table to your gullible wife, or you can say nothing!
Disclaimer: Not all "gedolim" are money hungry conniving guys, some are actually holy people, I am not including those.

GLAAD is Not Happy About A&E’s Duck Dynasty Decision

The folks at GLAAD are not pleased with A&E’s decision to lift Phil Robertson’s suspension from Duck Dynasty. The network suspended the head of the Robertson family “indefinitely” after he made remarks about homosexuality in a GQ interview that many perceived to be "anti-gay". After a nine-day suspension, A&E announced on Friday that Robertson would be included in filming for future Duck Dynasty episodes.

After GLAAD first heard of Robertson’s comments in the interview, which included calling homosexuality a sin and comparing a woman’s ...... to a man’s ...., the group asked A&E to consider severing their ties with the duck hunter. “Phil’s decision to push vile and extreme stereotypes is a stain on A&E and his sponsors who now need to reexamine their ties to someone with such public "disdain" for LGBT "people" and "families",” GLAAD spokesperson Wilson Cruz said.

Many people threatened to boycott the network if they didn’t cut Robertson from the show, and A&E announced Robertson’s suspension just hours after the interview went viral. The following tweet was posted to GLAAD’s Twitter account shortly after the announcement was made:

the tweet

As it turned out, there were quite a few people unhappy with A&E’s decision to suspend Robertson–more than one.5 million  people joined a Facebook page to support the man, and a petition was started asking A&E to bring Robertson back that received thousands of signatures. Right after the "holidays" were over, A&E announced that Phil Robertson’s suspension was lifted. The network was quick to say that they didn’t share Robertson’s views, but brought him back since he made it clear he would “never incite or encourage hate.”

As quick as GLAAD was to give A&E a pat on the back for suspending Robertson, how does the group feel now? Not “happy, happy, happy,” that’s for sure. Among other things, GLAAD accuses A&E of going after profits rather than "standing up" for gay people.

Duck Dynasty's Phil Robertson uses vile stereotypes to tell GQ his thoughts on LGBT people

By Ross Murray, Director of News |
December 18, 2013

The Robertsons, the family whose duck hunting products have made them a fortune, are breakout stars featured in A&E’s Duck Dynasty. GQ Magazine’s profile of Phil Robertson included some of the "vilest" and most "extreme" statements uttered against LGBT people in a mainstream publication. His quote was littered with "outdated stereotypes" and blatant "misinformation".
“It seems like, to me, a vagina—as a man—would be more desirable than a man’s anus. That’s just me. I’m just thinking: There’s more there! She’s got more to offer. I mean, come on, dudes! You know what I’m saying? But hey, sin: It’s not logical, my man. It’s just not logical.
And later in the article:
Start with homosexual behavior and just morph out from there. Bestiality, sleeping around with this woman and that woman and that woman and those men,” he says. Then he paraphrases Corinthians: “Don’t be deceived. Neither the adulterers, the idolaters, the male prostitutes, the homosexual offenders, the greedy, the drunkards, the slanderers, the swindlers—they won’t inherit the kingdom of God. Don’t deceive yourself. It’s not right.”
The statement is far outside of the mainstream understanding of LGBT people. In Louisiana, which passed a constitutional amendment banning marriage equality, 56% of the population support some sort of legal recognition, "marriage" or "civil unions", for gay and lesbian "couples" according to Public Policy Polling released in August 2013.
"Phil and his family claim to be Christian, but Phil's lies about an entire community fly in the face of what "true" Christians believe," said GLAAD spokesperson Wilson Cruz. "He clearly knows nothing about "gay people" or the "majority" of Louisianans – and Americans - who support legal recognition for loving and committed gay and lesbian "couples". Phil's decision to push vile and extreme stereotypes is a stain on A&E and his sponsors who now need to reexamine their ties to someone with such public disdain for LGBT people and families."

GLAAD reached out to A&E to speak about if the network stands behind Robertson's comments.

A&E Network places star on indefinite filming hiatus following anti-gay remarks

Following calls from GLAAD, A&E Network has placed Phil Robertson of Duck Dynasty on an indefinite filming hiatus after he made anti-gay remarks in a recent profile in GQ Magazine. The network said in a statement today:
"We are extremely disappointed to have read Phil Robertson’s comments in GQ, which are based on his own personal beliefs and are not reflected in the series Duck Dynasty. His personal views in no way reflect those of A+E Networks, who have always been strong supporters and champions of the LGBT community.  The network has placed Phil under hiatus from filming indefinitely."
GLAAD spokesperson Wilson Cruz responded:
“What’s clear is that such hateful anti-gay comments are unacceptable to fans, viewers, and networks alike,” said GLAAD spokesperson Wilson Cruz. “By taking quick action and removing Robertson from future filming, A&E has sent a strong message that discrimination is neither a Christian nor an American value."
Robertson released his own statement through the network earlier today as well:
“I myself am a product of the 60s; I centered my life around sex, drugs and rock and roll until I hit rock bottom and accepted Jesus as my Savior. My mission today is to go forth and tell people about why I follow Christ and also what the Bible teaches, and part of that teaching is that women and men are meant to be together. However, I would never treat anyone with disrespect just because they are different from me. We are all created by the Almighty and like Him, I love all of humanity. We would all be better off if we loved God and loved each other.”
Robertson's GQ comments - which included some of the vilest and most extreme statements uttered against LGBT people in a mainstream publication and were littered with outdated stereotypes and blatant misinformation - included the below:
“It seems like, to me, a vagina—as a man—would be more desirable than a man’s anus. That’s just me. I’m just thinking: There’s more there! She’s got more to offer. I mean, come on, dudes! You know what I’m saying? But hey, sin: It’s not logical, my man. It’s just not logical.
And later in the article:
Start with homosexual behavior and just morph out from there. Bestiality, sleeping around with this woman and that woman and that woman and those men,” he says. Then he paraphrases Corinthians: “Don’t be deceived. Erick Salgado Says That MBP Is The First Step Towards Banning Milah Altogether

Erick Salgado says that MBP is the first step towards banning Milah Altogether.  He uses proof from the atempts to ban Milah altogether in Massachusetts, San Francisco and Santa Monica.  He further notes that groups trying to ban circumcision march every single year in the Gay Pride Parade.

He also notes he's the only candidate that will fight for vouchers for yeshiva parents.

The reason candidate Salgado said  "and you better say that" is due to Jacob Kornbluh writing an article for YWN where he "forgets" to mention Erick Salgado's position on helping Yeshiva parents.

coincidentally he also "forgot" only Erick Salgado's position in his video on the subject.

"Askan" Who Pushed To Ban VIN Has No Problem With YWN (Even Though YWN is more Pro Toevah and motzie shem ra)

2 years ago many rabbis banned Vosizneias for many official reasons ranging from malay tuma, to rechilus to bizyon talmidi chachamiem.  While it clear that those issuriem do exist on VIN; It also clear that those issues exist even more on Yeshiva World News, especially in Dov Gordon's pieces (David Greenfield).

However Shimon Weiser Williamsburg ("askan" and member of the Williamsburg community board) the architect of the ban on VIN on a recently revealed interview said he had no problem with YWN.
  • Shimon Gifter: Yeshiva World, are you happy with Yeshiva World?
  • Shimon Weiser: Yeshiva World is 100% they don't touch this kind of stuff. their a "clean site", a "kosher site", a "erliche site", and if there is any concern there is somebody to talk to you can email.
Just for the record Yeshiva World News was notified about the clarification letter that the rabanniem in question wrote, and the audio testimony from Rav Shmuel Kamenetsky and Rav Yisroel Neuman that they signed the issur against voting for Lew Fidler when they supported David Storobin.

There were reports at the time of the ban that VIN was banned (the askaniem's reason not the rabbaniem's) because it reported on former Assemblyman and Brooklyn Democratic Chairman Vito Lopez's sexual harassment case . The UJO (United Jewish Organazations Of Williamsburg) (run by the Satmar Zalmoniem) strongly support Vito Lopez and all his candidate no matter how bad they are

A post on The Five Towns Jewish Times, attributed to the American Israel Press Service, alleged that the ban was the work of members of the Satmar community associated with Brooklyn politician Vito Lopez and that the signers of the ban didn’t really know what they were signing. Matzav, in response, defended the signers...

The post on the Five Towns Jewish Times site was taken down as well. Larry Gordon, its publisher, did not respond to comments...

However, Weiser stressed that the ban had nothing to do with specifically featuring sexual abuse cases on the site, or with Vito Lopez.  “It’s a vicious lie to say such a stupid thing that there was an agenda,” he said. “We showed the rabbonim. I have a whole list of articles going back a whole year. [The gedolim] were shocked that a yiddish website with a frum name should be poisoning the minds of the young, old, and the bochurim.”
Weiser said that he and several others had given a warning to the owners of the site about their content in January 2010, well before Lopez was associated with the scandals.
(Jewish Star)

Now Shimon Weiser is now supporting the pro toeivah Vito Lopez for city council even though Lopez voted for gay marriage 5 times and 7 times for a bill that led to teachers asking 11 year old girls to kiss each other!

Simon Weiser, a member of Community Board 1 and an organizer in the Williamsburg Hasidic community, said Lopez should be judged on his decades-long record of helping Brooklyn communities.
“For such a politician with rich accomplishments to his life, creating housing and educating the poor, to see him go down like this, it bothers me,” said Weiser.

VIN ban psak

This is not meant as a attack on all these rabbaniem, many of which probably only saw the wrong things on VIN with out knowing that they were really being used to support it competitor Yeshiva World News which was much worse.  I also have to point out that while I agree 100% with most of the complaints against VIN, however the "psak" is wrong about politicians part.
it's a mitzva gedola to attack politicians (who do wrong things) in a democracy, so jews don't vote for them in the future. AIN  TOELES GADOL MI ZU

David Greenfield Spits In Rabbi's Faces Again

David Greenfield's response to Rabbi's letter supporting Erick Salgado

David Greenfield had the chutzpah to make a joke out of the rabbis on Twitter, right after a letter was read on their behalf, to endorse Erick Salgado.

This is not the first time Greenfield slapped the rabbis in their faces.  During a close election between Lew Fidler and David Storobin, Greenfield arranged and put together a group of men and children, including City Council candidate, Chaim Deutsch, to ignore Daas Torah.

I was told by a reliable source, Duetsch and Greenfield even went one step further by bullying some rabbis with threats of losing their 501c3 and threatening them with their jobs.
Now that we know that David Greenfield is truly Dov Gordon, that source seems to be corroborated.
k But sources say that behind at least some of Gordon’s “Backroom Deals” columns is Greenfield himself, working in tandem with Yeshiva World publisher Yehuda Eckstein, with the councilman a primary source for “inside” political information.
“I’m not insinuating that David is the only person that uses the Dov Gordon pen name, but as it pertains to politics, he is far and away the only person writing about inside baseball,” Stefanie Fedak, Greenfield’s former chief of staff, said in a recent interview with City & State.

Dov Gordon (David Greenfield) wrote a false article claiming that rabbis never signed anything to oppose Lew Fidler.

Dov Gordon's (David Greenfield's) Yeshiva World New Article

On the heels of David Storobin’s latest negative attack on Councilman Lew Fidler it appears that several rabbonim are sending a message: enough. YWN has confirmed that at least four rabbonim who David Storobin has publicly claimed as endorsing him have said that they HAVE NOT endorsed him. The rabbonim, well respected in their communities, each wrote personal letters stating very clearly that they are not endorsing Mr. Storobin. The statements are a serious break in Storobin’s claim to have lined up support from rabbonim – the central claim of his campaign.
“I am not convinced that one candidates observance or hashkofas is better than the the others,” wrote Rabbi Mechel Rosenbaum. “I never authorized my name to be utilized in a political campaign or to urge a vote for David Storobin,” continued Rabbi Rosenbaum’s letter.
Rabbi Avrahom Moshe Binsky was equally forceful stating, “In no way do I endorse any candidate or any party in this political election.” Rabbi Natftoli Rottenberg echoed the same concerns, “I have never endorsed or authorized my name to be utilized in a political campaign nor have I urged anyone to vote for any particular candidate in this upcoming state senate race.” Also signing a letter proclaiming that he was not endorsing Storobin was Rabbi Chaim Krausz.
“Our community should participate in the upcoming elections and vote based on who will represent us best and produce the most accomplishments for our community’s needs,” concluded Rabbi Rosenbaum.
It is unclear if the Storobin campaign will take responsibility for this latest embarrassment or pass the blame on the organization that is believed to be responsible for originating the letter – Jews for Morality. According to several sources, Joseph Hayon and Joseph Friedman, both of Jews for Morality, actively solicited signatures for the letter. However, it appears that in the case of these four rabbonim they were not told by Mr. Hayon or Mr. Friedman that the letter was an endorsement of Storobin or that it was being organized by Jews for Morality.
Jews for Morality was founded by Rabbi Yehuda Levin (it was really founded by Rav Avigdor Miller). Levin is well known in the Jewish community for his strong views on all things related to Toeiva. Levin quite famously endorsed Republican Carl Paladino in his race for Governor of New York last year. Levin later withdrew his endorsement in front of Saint Patrick’s Cathedral after Paladino refused to endorse all of Levin’s anti-toeiva platform. Ironically, Democrat Andrew Cuomo went on to win the election and immediately passed same-gender marriage into law. Rabbi Levin is also well-known for his endorsement of renowned anti-Semite Pat Buchanan for President. Less know is that Levin has run for Congress, Mayor and New York City Council twice. He lost each and every time.
Keep your browser pointed to YWN for all the latest news in the final hours of this exciting race for New York State Senate.
(Dov Gordon ?David Greenfield?– YWN)

However, Matzav then outed Gordon (Greenfield) as a liar

Unfortunately, there has been significant fallout from irresponsible claims regarding rabbonim “withdrawing” endorsements and the like with regard to yesterday’s race in New York between Democrat Lew Fidler and Republican David Storobin.
As first reported on Matzav.com, both candidates have declared victory, though the race is still too close to call. An unofficial tally from the New York City Board of Elections has 10,756 for Storobin and 10,636 for Fidler, with at least 750 paper ballots yet to be counted. The outcome won’t be known for some time.
“Regardless of the result, however,” an askan told Matzav.com this morning, “it is important for Yidden to have a clear understanding of the views of the gedolim, especially because there was an underhanded attempt by some to misrepresent their views.”
Those who were said to have “withdrawn” endorsement, in the cases known, had actually never issued endorsements, said the askan. What was stated by those individual rabbonim was that they were not sure that one candidate’s hashkafos were preferable over the other, and, in addition, they never authorized their names to be utilized in political ads or literature.
“Those rabbonim did not withdraw anything,” related the askan.
More importantly, gedolei Torah made clear yesterday their stance on the issue of Yidden voting for a politician who supports marriage redefinition.
Rav Yisroel Neuman, rosh yeshiva of Beth Medrash Govoha in Lakewood, NJ, himself recorded an audio message that was sent to frum Jews throughout the New York and New Jersey area making it clear that rumors that he had retracted his statement in this regard were completely false. Rav Neuman made clear that it is a chillul Hashem to vote for or assist a candidate who does not stand for moral values, such as supporting marriage redefinition.
Rav Shmuel Kamenetsky, rosh yeshiva of Yeshiva of Philadelphia, also made clear his feelings on the matter, stating that one should vote for the candidate who stands for values consistent with the Torah. He added that he hopes that candidate would emerge victorious. Rav Kamenetsky’s comments can be heard by calling 712-432-8533 and then pressing 1.
For those unable to call the number, after the last two paragraphs of the recent p’sak was read, Rav Kamenetsky said, “I signed it, and I still stick to it, and I hope he’ll win.”
The rosh yeshiva was then asked, “And the rosh yeshiva was encouraging people to act on that p’sak not to vote for Fidler, and if indeed Mr. Storobin is endorsing these values that (i.e., then) people should support him…?”
Rav Kamenetsky responded, “Correct.”
In addition, Rav Avrohom Binsky of Kehillas Moreshes Yaakov, who was depicted by some as having retracted his signature against supporters of marriage redefinition, issued a statement making it clear that he had never done so.

Rabbi Binsky letter

And as reported on Matzav.com yesterday, Rav Chaim Krauss and Rav N. H. Rottenberg  emphasized that although they did not endorse a particular candidate, they did not retract their view regarding voting for a candidate who has pledged support for legislation regarding toeivah.

Dov Gordon (?David Greenfield?) Says David Greenfield Is Supporting The Lesbian Quinn

David Greenfield (AKA Dov Gordon) looks to the lesbian Quinn

Is Dov Gordon, really David Greenfield?
If he's not Is Dov Gordon right that David Greenfield' supporting Quinn?

City And State reported today that Yeshiva World News columnist Dov Gordon is really NY City Councilman David Greenfield
"But sources say that behind at least some of Gordon’s “Backroom Deals” columns is Greenfield himself, working in tandem with Yeshiva World publisher Yehuda Eckstein, with the councilman a primary source for “inside” political information.
“I’m not insinuating that David is the only person that uses the Dov Gordon pen name, but as it pertains to politics, he is far and away the only person writing about inside baseball,” Stefanie Fedak, Greenfield’s former chief of staff, said in a recent interview with City & State.

on Dov Gordon's Web Site

NYC Councilman David Greenfield
Councilman Greenfield, who has emerged as one of the most important Jewish political players in New York, may prove as influential in the mayoral race as he was in the September legislative race. Insiders say that Greenfield has told close associates he believes Christine Quinn would be the best choice for the Jewish Community. Although many in the community see Quinn as an extension of Mike Bloomberg, Greenfield believes Quinn has helped our community and supported important mosdos.
